Online matching game for easy learning - leaves of trees

A great online matching game with many pictures of tree branches and leaves for learning how to recognize the trees. It's a free game, so come and play!

You will find here many species of trees, including the most widespread in the world. Learn how to distinguish the green oak, the pedunculate oak and the downy oak thanks to the shape of its leaves or acorns. There are also several conifers: fir, larch, spruce, cedar that can be distinguished by the color of their needles or depending on how they are inserted on the branch, or with the shape of their cones, it's also a good way to recognize a conifer. In this game there are also fruit trees such as cherry or apple trees, eucalyptus, beech, elm, birch and many others... When you will go for a walk in the forest, observe the trees, their fruits and leaves and try to identify them!

How to play the matching game online?

This memory game is easy to pick up: flip cards 2 at a time to find matching pairs. When you find a pair, you get to play again! Otherwise, the cards flip back face down. The goal: find all the pairs in as few moves as possible. Every game is randomly generated — so you can play over and over without ever getting the same layout twice!

Adjust the difficulty by changing the number of cards using the buttons below the game — start gently and increase gradually at your own pace. You can also disable the countdown to play stress-free, whenever you're ready! 3 game modes are available:
